PAseer SD15 LCM 2MB accelerator

Based on the latest ADD training mode, the release of LCM LORA greatly speeds up the rendering process.

I created this mini LORA version based on the latest official LORA model.

It's only 2 megabytes in size.

Rendering time:1 second per 512-resolution SD15 image, 3 seconds per SD15 2K HD image.

Create animations quickly! With a batch of 100 images taking only about 10s/step (18G VRAM is sufficient), thanks to the characteristics of LCM, the generation process consists of only 2-8 steps, allowing for producing a hundred images in 20s-80s!

This version has been specially optimized for the impact of the CLIP layer on images:

Now, with my LORA, you can freely place this 24MB LORA at any position in your LORA stack without worrying about avoiding the CLIP layer, saving you time and effort by not needing to place it at the end and link to more complex nodes. Put it wherever you want.
