The model can produce anything film noir style.

You can use original trigger word "classic film noir style" for classic look and or you can add "Neon noir / Neo noir" for modern film noir look.

Try adding, "Neon noir, Film noir style, classic film noir style of, etc." in the beginning of prompt. Helps a lot with generated images, in addition, add trigger word(s) in the end of prompt.

You can also combine combine model with any other lora model(s).
