I suggest that when retouching, open facial repair and high-definition repair during editing, then use AD to retouch the face and hands, the effect will turn out very good. Of course, if you don't open these options, the character will look distorted, but the details of the clothing will not change. So better keep them on! Otherwise, it looks disgusting!!

For keywords, it's best to use my set:
